We advised HSBC Infrastructure Company, International Public Partnerships, BBGI, and two John Laing funds on their LSE Main Market IPOs and subsequent capital raisings.

We advised Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited and CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd on their establishment, subsequent capital raisings, and other corporate actions.
