Join our Silicon Valley M&A partners at the Hogan Lovells Silicon Valley M&A Forum on Tuesday 21 October, at noon Pacific Time. You're invited to attend at our new Forum location, the Grand Hyatt at SFO (attached to SF Int'l Airport), or at one of our livestream simulcast locations across the country.
We invite you to arrive early to enjoy coffee and refreshments while networking with fellow attendees and speakers before the forum begins.
Free self-parking and valet service will be available in the Grand Hyatt at SFO parking lot, conveniently located near the hotel entrance.

- The last word on fraud (the conclusion of our ongoing multi-part mock negotiation) – negotiating fraud definitions and fraud indemnities
- US regulatory update – antitrust remedies make a comeback, allowing M&A deals to close
- Geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting AI – ramifications for AI-related M&A
- Judicial developments
