Hogan Lovells advises Literacy Capital plc and management shareholders on sale of Tyrefix

London, 22 January 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Literacy Capital plc (“Literacy”) and the management shareholders of Tyrefix, a market-leading provider of plant tyre repair and replacement services in the UK, on the sale of Tyrefix to Citira AB, a tyre management provider based in the Nordics, backed by Norvestor.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by London-based Private Equity partner James Cross, with support from associates James Scott and Seb Pell. Tax advice was provided by partner Tom Eyre-Brook and senior associate Adela Komorowska.
