Hogan Lovells advises on sale of Wallapop

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised on the sale of Wallapop to the South Korean technology group NAVER, which has acquired 100% of the company’s share capital following the acceptance of the transaction by all its shareholders and the obtaining of the relevant regulatory approvals. The transaction, initially announced in the summer of 2025, sets a post money valuation of approximately EUR 650 million.
The Hogan Lovells team consisted of a cross-boarder team led by Paris-based Xavier Doumen and counsel Bob Zeller, and Madrid-based partner Graciela Llaneza and counsel Enrique de Pablos.
