Hogan Lovells advises Naxicap Partners on acquisition of Tomorrow Education Group
Led by Frankfurt partner Dr. Christoph Naumann, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised private equity firm Naxicap Partners on an agreement to acquire the Tomorrow Education Group (“TEG”).
Naxicap continues to expand its growing education portfolio, and strengthens its position as a leading player in the European continuing education market. In addition to the French education provider Eureka Education, Naxicap is now establishing a second strong platform in the field of digital education – the next step in building a cross-border European learning platform.
Founded in 2021, Tomorrow Education Group has become one of the fastest-growing digital continuing education platforms in Germany. With over 500 employees and a clear focus on future-oriented professions, digitalization, and the early development of corporate partnerships, TEG is helping to shape the future of professional education.
Naxicap is a Private Equity firm, operating in all sectors, and focusing on leverage buyouts and growth capital. Hogan Lovells has advised its long-standing client Naxicap on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Dr. Christoph Naumann.
