Hogan Lovells further expands its Amsterdam M&A practice with the hire of Jaap Geleijns as partner
Amsterdam, 1 September 2025 – Hogan Lovells announced today that Jaap Geleijns has joined the firm's Corporate & Finance practice as a further M&A partner in its Amsterdam office.
Jaap brings more than 13 years of experience from Linklaters, where he advised on a wide range of high-profile domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, spanning both private and public M&A. His client base includes private equity funds, financial institutions, and major corporates, with a strong focus on complex and strategically significant deals.
