Iñigo is a partner in the Corporate Finance practice in Madrid. He is an expert in capital markets, restructuring of listed companies and corporate governance, and has advised banks, companies and sponsors on a wide variety of transactions and products, including, among others, takeover bids, IPOs, capital increases, debt and convertible bond issues, structured products, regulatory capital and liability management transactions. He also advises boards of directors of listed companies on corporate governance and debt restructuring. Iñigo is a qualified lawyer in England and Spain and is a lecturer in the master's program on access to the legal profession at ICADE University.

He has also acted as advisor to companies in the recent IPOs of Puig Brands, Porsche AG, Ibercaja Banco (cancelled), Haya Real Estate (cancelled), Telepizza and Saeta Yield, and in the capital increase of OHLA, among others.
