Noemi Biagini is an Italian qualified lawyer in the Italian Debt Capital Markets team.  

Noemi plays an active role in advising leading Italian and international financial institutions and corporates on a broad range of finance and capital markets transactions.

Her practice primarily focuses on bonds and other structured products' issuances, general lending, derivatives and other structured finance deals, as well as regulatory aspects related to capital markets and finance transactions.

Noemi graduated in Law cum laude from the University of Trento in 2023 and in 2021 spent a semester at the University of Antwerp.

Representative experience

Fincantieri on the issuance of a €395 million "Schuldschein loan”.

Italgas on the establishment of the EMTN program for a maximum nominal amount of 5 billion euros approved by CONSOB.

A pool of investors on the structuring of a €45 million sustainability-linked bond issuance by Renco Group and on the simultaneous admission to trading of the bond on Euronext Access Milan.

TIM in the bridge syndicated facility granted by a pool of leading banks for a total amount of €1.5 billion with a maturity of up to 18 months.

Attica Bank S.A. with respect to both its merger with Pancreta Bank S.A. and the €672 million share capital increase and associated warrant issuance.

Enel Group in the US$2 billion sustainability-linked Yankee bonds issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act.

Italgas in the €600 million sustainability-linked facility with a maximum maturity of five years, granted by a pool of Italian and international banks.

Attica Bank S.A. on the securitisation of a portfolio of non-performing exposures originated by ex-Pancreta Bank (pre-merger with Attica Bank), with a gross book value of approximately €1.4 billion.

A pool of lenders in the €85 million medium-long term facility, in an aggregate amount of €85 million, granted in two tranches to GVM S.p.A.*
