Blake Jenkins has a decade of experience trying cases and representing clients in high-stakes litigation and investigations across the country. Blake has extensive experience in environmental and commercial litigation, including class action and complex multi-party disputes in state and federal court. Blake's experience covers a wide variety of industries, including life sciences, energy, manufacturing, construction, aerospace, and finance.
Prior to joining the firm, Blake worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas and as a judicial intern for the Honorable David Hittner of the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Texas.
Blake is proud to have represented human trafficking victims and refugees fleeing persecution through the firm’s pro bono practice.

Represented a medical device manufacturer in five-week jury trial resulting in defense verdict.
Presented witnesses during a nine-figure trial involving a breach of contract dispute relating to the performance of a deep-water drillship resulting in successful breach of contract award.
Represented an offshore drilling contractor in a nine-figure securities litigation involving alleged breach of corporate indenture agreement.
Represented an energy manufacturer in class action dispute involving claims resulting from major chemical fire.
Represented a medical device manufacturer in multiple class action disputes involving claims of environmental exposure.
Representing subsidiaries of a foreign national petroleum company in multiple commercial disputes in federal court.
Represented an international aerospace and defense supplier in litigation involving state and federal antitrust claims and obtained dismissal of antitrust causes of action.
Represented an oil refiner and marketer in wrongful death actions in state and federal court.
Represented an oil refiner and marketer in breach of contract and trademark disputes.
