Spencer Brachfeld is an associate in the Financial Services Group. Spencer advises clients on the structuring and trading of complex derivatives and structured financial products. He represents banks, funds and other financial institutions on various transactional and regulatory matters, including securitizations, derivatives, and the structuring, formation and operation of a variety of alternative investment products.
Spencer earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, and his B.S. from Skidmore College.
