Lauren is a senior associate in our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects (IERP) team. She works on UK and international construction projects, applying strategic insight and innovative thinking to help clients overcome complex challenges. With a strong industry focus, she advises clients in the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors on the financing, procurement, and delivery of large-scale developments and new-build projects.
Representative experience
Public Authority The Met Office on the procurement of its US$1.2 Supercomputing 2020+ programme.
Developers King's Cross Central Limited Partnership and Brent Cross Partnership on development of residential, commercial and mixed use buildings across the development sites.
Mars Pension Trustees on construction works across their UK investment property portfolio. The portfolio includes shopping centres, retail units, office space and student accommodation.
Providing construction advice to M&G on a £30 million acquisition of an office building in London, including making enquiries and preparing due diligence reports on the construction documentation.
Funder Standard Chartered Bank on the construction and fit out of data centres in West London.
Advising an Irish mining company on a variety of EPCM and related contracts in relation to a multi-million dollar mine upgrade project in northern Mozambique.
