Brian is an associate in the firm's Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Project (IERP) practice. He supports clients on equity funding rounds, private M&A, construction projects and development of projects in the mining sector. He has experience advising on complex transactions across the infrastructure and related sectors, both in the UK and overseas.
