Katie is an associate in the firm's Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects (IERP) practice, and has experience working on energy transactions and projects, international infrastructure and project finance. With a focus on energy transition and ESG, Katie works on projects that have tangible positive impacts on communities and the environment.

Her work includes advising on regulatory regimes, asset acquisition and renewable energy financing, together with advising on appropriate commercial frameworks to capture value within the energy transition chain. 

Representative experience

The Crown Estate in respect of its Offshore Wind Leasing Round 4 to create the opportunity for 8GW of new offshore wind projects in the waters around England and Wales.

Covanta, Veolia and Green Investment Group as Sponsors and developers on the 50MW Rookery South EfW project in Bedfordshire.

Infracapital on its £150m investment in Zenobe Energy Limited, a battery storage and electric vehicle servicing platform.

Stakeholders and government on a $1.2bn 1,500MW combined cycle gas-fired power project in Uzbekistan.
