Michael El Gawly is an associate in Cadwalader’s Leveraged Finance & Private Credit Group in London. Michael’s practice involves acting for private credit funds, investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across a range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional acquisition and corporate lending transactions throughout the capital structure, including refinancings and financial restructurings.
