Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation partner David Olstein will be speaking during the ABA’s Virtual 2024 Fall Tax Meeting in a session titled Employee Benefits Fiduciary Responsibility and Plan Investments Update on 25 September at 4:30 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. ET.

The panel will discuss recent developments and current expectations in the legal and regulatory landscape, including but not limited to the upcoming election, that have or are likely to have a direct impact on plan sponsor fiduciaries, investment advisers, and others serving in a fiduciary capacity.

After attending the session, the participant will be able to:

Understand the compliance considerations and other implications of recent litigation regarding the Department of Labor’s final fiduciary rulemaking.
Understand the potential impact of the upcoming Presidential election on benefits policy.
