PLI Advanced Pension Plan Investments

The program will examine the latest changes in legislation, regulations, and litigation affecting ERISA plan investments, and discuss new trends and practices in the pension plan investment market.

After attending this program, participants will be able to:

• Analyze and contextualize legislative, regulatory and litigation developments
• Apply ERISA’s existing rules to financial institutions that transact with, or provide services or products to, plan investors and incorporate new considerations ushered in by recent regulatory developments
