Our next webinar in the series, Ending a Lease is scheduled to take place at 12:30 p.m. BST on Tuesday, 4 July 2023 where we will be looking at ways a lease might end early, whether by surrender, forfeiture or the exercise of a break option, and what landlords and tenants need to consider at the end of a lease, such as dilapidations and the impact of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
