AI-washing – when AI hype becomes a litigation risk

His practice focuses on representing companies in antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) investigations at the U.S. Department of Commerce and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), as well as related administrative reviews and proceedings. Stephen also counsels clients on international trade agreements and dispute settlement mechanisms, including work related to the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) and World Trade Organization (WTO).
In addition, Stephen provides guidance on customs and import compliance matters, as well as export controls and economic sanctions issues.
Throughout law school, Stephen worked at a Washington, D.C. law firm, where he assisted with international trade and government contract matters. He also interned at the United States Trade Representative (USTR), working on international trade policy issues, and participated in the John H. Jackson (WTO) Moot Court Competition.
