Vicenzé is an associate in the Paris International Debt Capital Markets team. He advises both corporate companies and financial institutions in relation to their financial market operations.
Vicenzé’s practice focuses on debt capital markets and structured finance and extends to financial transactions including bond issues and securitisations.
Vicenzé also advises clients on the French financial services regulatory framework.
Representative experience
Advising BNP Paribas and BNP Paribas Lease Group on BNP Paribas Lease Group's inaugural €500 million public STS and CRR securitisation of professional equipment lease receivables (Pixel 2021).
Advising investment services providers with respect to matters related to the French financial services regulatory framework
Advising a French leading bank on the setting-up of a €80m securitisation of trade receivables originated by subsidiaries of an international key player in real estate and energy sectors
Advising Société Générale in connection with CREDIPAR’s €1 billion first public STS auto lease and RV securitisation transaction (Auto ABS French Leases 2021).
Advising the New-York Branch of one of the largest German banks in connection with the renewal of a $60m asset-backed facility for the world’s largest independent common carrier
