Victoria has experience with the litigation process from start to finish. In addition to frequently leading discovery and engaging in motions practice, she has taken and defended depositions, resolved cases in mediation, and litigated cases to verdict at trial and on appeal. Victoria takes a proactive approach to her matters, looking ahead to what trial and appeal could look like and incorporating that strategy from the very start of a case. Her practice has included defending clients against consumer protection claims brought by private parties as well as representing leading technology and e-commerce companies in investigations and litigations brought by a variety of state attorneys general and multi-state groups.
Victoria received her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2020, where she served on the leadership teams of the George Mason Law Review and Moot Court Board. She also received her BA in 2017 from the University of Maryland
