Jack is a banking and finance lawyer in the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects practice, based in London.

Jack advises international financial institutions, funds and corporations in connection with a range of domestic and international project and infrastructure finance deals, as well as acquisition finance and general corporate finance. Jack also advises funds and their lenders on fund financing arrangements. 

Prior to working at Hogan Lovells, Jack worked as an associate at a leading Irish firm. 

Representative experience

National Wealth Fund on the £130m project financing to Highview Power in connection with its development of a novel 50MW/250MWh "Liquid-Air" cryogenic energy storage facility.

The Senior Lenders to Onivia, owned by a Macquarie/abdrn/MásMóvil consortium on the refinancing of a major FTTH network in Spain.

The Lenders on the financing of the Nottingham Street Lighting Project.

The Lenders on the financing of the Sheffield Highways Project.

A debt fund on the financing of an African solar portfolio.

The Lenders on a number fund financings.
