Oliver is a senior associate in our infrastructure finance practice with experience advising DFIs, ECAs, commercial banks, institutional lenders, corporates and investment funds on the financing of infrastructure projects, internationally and in the UK.
He advises clients on a broad range of structures, including project finance, acquisition finance, fund finance and general corporate facilities.
Representative experience
Advising various infrastructure funds on capital call, NAV and hybrid facilities.
Advising senior lenders on their £1bn financing of the Silvertown tunnel project in the UK.
Advising senior lenders on their €1.15bn financing of the Maliakos–Kleidi Toll Road project in Greece.
Advising senior lenders on the acquisition and multi-sourced financing of 2 OFTOs and operational consents, amendments and waivers relating to at least 10 OFTOs.
Advising senior lenders on the acquisition financing, corporate reorganisation and refinancing of a hydropower project in the UK.
Advising a state gas company on credit support matters relating to the Southern Gas Corridor.
Advice to lenders on the structuring and financing of a portfolio of oil & gas fields located in DRC, Nigeria and Cameroon.
Advice to DFIs on the financing of solar, telecoms, real estate and social infrastructure projects in the Middle East and Africa.
