Dr. Hendrik Kornbichler is a certified specialist attorney for employment law (“Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht”) and has advised on all matters of individual and collective employment law for more than 25 years.
His advisory work focuses on supporting complex corporate reorganizations. He concentrates on drafting and negotiating all agreements required within the framework of cost‑reduction programs – from framework and key‑point agreements to social plans and reconciliations of interests, through to works council agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
Clients value his strategic and pragmatic approach, as well as his solution‑oriented negotiation style. Together with his team, he is committed to achieving amicable solutions in discussions with employee representative bodies – even in challenging situations.
In addition, Hendrik Kornbichler has been active for many years as a lecturer in employment law. German and international companies rely on him to lead in‑house seminars for executives in legal and human resources departments. He is co‑editor and co‑author of the new Beck Formularbuch Arbeitsrecht (C.H. Beck, Munich).
