Tim Hicks advises lenders and lead agents on fund finance transactions, with a focus on negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for multijurisdictional fund vehicles, including private equity, real estate, REIT, infrastructure, venture capital and debt funds. Tim is co-head of the Fund Finance Group and office managing partner of the Charlotte office.
He regularly serves as counsel on bilateral and syndicated credit facilities involving complex fund collateral structures, including subscription, net asset value, hybrid, GP and management company lines of credit.
Tim brings consistent depth across fund structures and investor types, supporting clients from initial facility negotiation through ongoing administration and maintenance.
