As an associate in our London Corporate M&A team, Aun advises both international and domestic clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on private M&A and private equity.
Aun trained and qualified at the firm in March 2024, and has experience representing clients across a variety of sectors – from large private equity sponsors and financial institutions to FTSE 100-listed companies.
