Marie-Charlotte advises on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds covering a wide range of asset classes, including private equity funds, secondaries funds and funds of funds.
Marie-Charlotte assists clients with the regulation of management companies.
On the primary market, she supports asset managers with fund documentation, investor negotiations, marketing regulations in France and abroad, as well as structuration of carried interest and other management team incentives. She also conducts fund legal reviews for investors.
On the secondary market, Marie-Charlotte assists clients with GP-led transactions, including continuation funds, as well as LP-led transactions such as secondary transfers.
