Dr. Jan Singer advises national and international clients on compliance, internal investigations and white-collar crime matters.
Jan supports companies in developing, implementing, and assessing global compliance management systems. He conducts internal investigations, assists with crisis and process management and handles communication with administrative and criminal prosecution authorities.
He studied at the University of Trier with a focus on corporate law and white-collar crime. After his Frist State Examination, he worked as a research assistant in the Corporate/M&A department of a leading international law firm while completing his doctoral thesis on a corporate insolvency law topic. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, he gained extensive experience in white-collar crime, working for a boutique law firm and the Attorney General's Office, among others.
