Dr. Jan Singer advises national and international clients on all issues relating to compliance, internal investigations and white-collar crime.
Jan supports companies in the developement, implementation and assessment of global compliance management systems. He conducts internal investigations on compliance issues, assists with crisis and process mangement and handles communication with administrative and criminal prosecution authorities.
He studied at the University of Trier with a focus on corporate law and white-collar crime. After his Frist State Exmanination, he worked as a research assistant in the Corporate/M&A department of a major international law firm while working on his doctoral thesis on a corporate insolvency law topic. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf with a strong focus on white-collar crime, working for a boutique law firm and the Attorney Gerneral's Office, among others.
