Eunji Jo advises financial institutions on the origination of commercial real estate mortgage loans across office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and hotel properties, as well as on mezzanine and leverage financing.

Her practice also covers loan servicing, workout, and the sale of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and participation interests, giving clients a single point of contact across the full transaction and asset management lifecycle.

Eunji is an active member of the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the firm, serves as an associate mentor, and participates in recruiting efforts, reflecting a sustained commitment to professional development and inclusion in the real estate finance community.

Representative experience

Advised the lender in connection with the origination of a US$282.5m loan for 1325 Avenue of the Americas, a 34-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan.
Advised the lenders in a US$1.65bn refinancing of One Madison Avenue, a 1.4 million square-foot Class A office tower in Madison Square Park.
Advised the lenders in originating a US$1.2bn mortgage loan to a prominent real estate asset manager secured by a 61-property industrial portfolio across eight states.
Advised the lenders in the US$1.3bn refinancing of One Five One, a LEED Gold Certified Class A office tower owned by The Durst Organization and located at 151 West 42nd Street, New York, New York.
Advising the lenders on the US$1.15bn refinancing of The Wharf, Washington D.C.'s premier mixed-use waterfront development; the largest single-asset securitization in the D.C. market at the time.
