Johanna Brock-Wenzek advises national and international clients on all areas of EU and German competition law. She can help you with merger control proceedings and cartel investigations before national competition authorities and the European commission. Johanna Brock-Wenzek also represents clients in cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings and the litigation of cartel damage claims before national and European courts. Furthermore, she is experienced in advising clients on how to structure agreements, distribution and rebate systems in accordance with competition law.
She studied law at the Universities of Muenster and Strasbourg, France. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf she worked, inter alia, for international law firms and the German embassy in Accra, Ghana.
