Henry (“Hank”) LaBrun advises issuers, underwriters, purchasers, and servicers on mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities transactions, and a broad range of sale and financing transactions involving diverse asset types.
His work covers the full spectrum of public and private securitization structures, as well as the purchase and sale of mortgage loans, mezzanine debt, and subordinate debt. Hank supports clients from initial structuring and documentation through to execution and ongoing servicing arrangements.
He brings consistent depth across asset classes and transaction types, advising clients on complex multi-party securitization structures and financing arrangements that require detailed knowledge of both market practice and regulatory requirements.
Hank has built longstanding relationships across the issuer and underwriter community and is consistently recognized as a practitioner with particular depth in securitization and structured finance.
