Before joining Hogan Lovells, Tracey practised at two leading US firms, where she advised multinational corporations, listed companies, funds and high-net-worth individuals.
Her experience spans multijurisdictional commercial disputes, cross-border arbitrations, high-value trust litigation, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and sensitive securities regulatory investigations before the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Securities and Futures Commission. Acted for a Chinese neuroscience company and its founder-shareholders in HKIAC arbitration proceedings concerning a dispute over board rights and control of the company.*
Successfully defended a Nasdaq-listed multinational manufacturer in an employment dispute with a senior management member in Hong Kong.*
