Tracey is an Associate in the Hong Kong office of Hogan Lovells, specialising in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, regulatory enforcement and investigations, as well as insolvency and restructuring.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Tracey practised at two leading US firms, where she advised multinational corporations, listed companies, funds and high-net-worth individuals.
Her experience spans multijurisdictional commercial disputes, cross-border arbitrations, high-value trust litigation, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and sensitive securities regulatory investigations before the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Securities and Futures Commission. She has been involved in some of the most significant and complex proceedings globally, often navigating intricate legal and strategic issues across jurisdictions.
She partners closely with clients to understand their priorities, cut through complexity, and deliver clear, practical strategies that achieve effective outcomes—particularly in time-critical and high-pressure situations.

Acted for a Chinese neuroscience company and its founder-shareholders in HKIAC arbitration proceedings concerning a dispute over board rights and control of the company.*
Successfully defended a Nasdaq-listed multinational manufacturer in an employment dispute with a senior management member in Hong Kong.*
Advised a Singapore-based fund in multiple winding-up proceedings in Hong Kong against subsidiaries of a HK-listed Chinese real estate and hotel developer.*
Successfully wound-up a Chinese premium education company listed on the NYSE in both Cayman and Hong Kong.*
Advised a HK-listed Chinese real-estate developer on its holistic offshore restructuring scheme.*
Defended a Chinese venture capital fund in an emergency arbitrator application and CIETAC proceedings in an IP dispute over licensing fine‑dining establishments in Mainland China.*
Acted for a Korean social media company in HKIAC arbitration proceedings relating to a post‑M&A dispute with a Hong Kong start-up, resulting in a favourable settlement for the client.*
Represented a major Taiwanese client in a multibillion‑dollar trust dispute, among the most complex globally, involving proceedings in Hong Kong, Bermuda, the BVI, Taiwan, and the US.*
Advised various Hong Kong-listed companies on HKEx inquiries and investigations.*
Advised a Hong Kong-listed company on an application to the Listing Review Committee of the HKEx for review of findings of breaches and sanctions. Favourable result for the client was obtained.*
