Margaret Kemp

Margaret qualified into the London BRI Group in 1993. Since that time she has advised clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency including debt/equity swaps, debt sales, enforcement strategies and sales through an insolvency process. In 2007 she became the London BRI Group's professional support lawyer with particular responsibility for the Group's documentation and training, client training and transactional support.
