Christal McCamy represents public and private companies in a broad range of transactional and governance matters across multiple industry sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, life sciences, media and consumer staples.
Christal’s transactional work includes advising in the negotiation and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and joint ventures. Christal also counsels companies and boards of directors on corporate governance, fiduciary duty, securities law compliance and general commercial matters.
Prior to attending law school, Christal worked as a commercial loan officer at Bank OZK where she focused primarily on sourcing, closing, and servicing a variety of commercial loans with a focus on commercial real estate and condominium association loans.

Guided AlTi Global, Inc. in a strategic investment of up to $450 million from Allianz X and Constellation Wealth Capital.
Guided AngioDynamics, Inc. in the $100 million sale of its Dialysis product portfolio and BioSentry Tract Sealant System Biopsy product to Merit Medical Systems, Inc.
Guided Kingsway Financial Services in its issuance of Class B Preferred Stock.
