Jed is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and leads the firm’s bank Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) and Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) practice. He regularly advises banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of innovative structured transactions designed to optimize capital, risk and liquidity outcomes. His practice encompasses cash and synthetic securitizations, credit derivatives, asset repackagings and risk retention financing strategies.

Jed is widely recognized as a leading expert on the U.S. bank regulatory capital rules, particularly as they apply to securitizations and CRT/SRT transactions, and is a sought-after adviser on legal issues relating to securitizations and derivatives more generally. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and authors articles and other publications on topics concerning the structured credit market.
