Douglas Mo maintains a broad litigation practice, representing individuals and corporations in a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He also advises clients in connection with governmental investigations and proceedings conducted by the DOJ and SEC as well as internal investigations. Douglas remains active in pro bono engagements, assisting LGBTQ individuals in securing name changes and representing immigration clients.
Douglas is an important member of each team that he is a part of. He assists with researching complex legal issues, drafting pleadings and dispositive and non-dispositive motions, analyzing documents, as well as managing discovery.

Advised a former CFO of an eminent travel center as a critical nonparty witness in the Delaware Court of Chancery
Represent a prominent financial institution in responding to nonparty subpoenas in the Commercial Division of the New York County Supreme Court
Represented the CEO of a world-leading private equity firm in a complex civil action in New York state court
