Since joining us in 2015, Bérengère Moin has focused her practice on commercial and civil litigation in all sectors of the life sciences industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotechnologies). Bérengère has extensive experience in mass tort litigation. In coordination with other associates of the Paris Litigation team, she closely follows and monitors class actions issues in France as well as European initiatives on the same.
Bérengère undertook a dual bachelor education in Law and Management at the Paris Dauphine University where she also obtained a master's degree in Business Law. She also graduated with distinction from King's College London where she completed an LLM in International Business Law.

We advise a medical device manufacturer in its relation with the French health authorities, following in particular an inspection.
