Auriane is an associate in the Hogan Lovells International Arbitration team.
She acts for States, international organisations and businesses in international disputes, primarily international arbitrations under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA and ICC rules in addition to ad-hoc arbitrations.
Auriane has experience of dispute settlement in the energy, aviation and telecommunications sectors. She also has experience representing clients before the European Court of Human Rights.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Auriane acquired experience in commercial and investment arbitration in leading law firms in London and Paris.
Representative experience
Acting for a major commodities trader in LCIA and ICC arbitrations raising questions of EU and UK sanctions.
Acting for a UK investor in an ICSID arbitration against Romania under the Energy Charter Treaty.
Acting for Irish investors in an ICSID arbitration against the Federal Republic of Germany under the Energy Charter Treaty.
Acting for the Republic of India in an UNCITRAL arbitration under a Bilateral Investment Treaty.
Acting for Ukraine in an ICSID arbitration under the Sweden-Ukraine Bilateral Investment Treaty.
