Zohar Nevo is a corporate transactional attorney with substantial international experience who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. 

Zohar advises buy-side and sell-side clients in domestic as well as cross-border M&A transactions. He is a trusted advisor to several strategic buyers in a broad mix of industries including technology and the life sciences.

Zohar also advises emerging growth technology companies on a broad range of strategic matters including financing transactions, corporate governance and commercial transactions. 

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Zohar practiced at a Boston-based law firm. Prior to that, he practiced in the corporate transactions department of a leading law firm in Israel.

Link Ventures on its investment in Shalosh Labs Ltd. and its subsequent flip into Swan AI, a provider of AI-driven tools that optimize go-to-market processes. 

Variantyx, Inc., a leader in molecular diagnostics, on various financing matters.

Aquant, Inc., an enterprise SaaS company, on various financing matters.

Akamai Technologies, a cloud company that powers and protects life online, on an agreement to acquire Ondat, a cloud-based storage technology provider.

BMW, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz and Stellantis on a joint venture to develop and operate a network of 30,000+ high-powered electric vehicle chargers across North America.

Go1, the Australia-based EdTech unicorn, on its acquisition of mobile learning app Blinkist.

Intel Corporation on a sale of minority interests in IMS Nanofabrication GmbH (IMS) to Bain Capital and TSMC.
