Hogan Lovells advises Angelini Technologies on its growth investment in Lab0 in the U.S. market

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Angelini Technologies, a company within Angelini Industries operating in the industrial technology sector, on its growth investment in Lab0 Holding Inc., a U.S.-based company specialising in the development of advanced hardware, software and sensor solutions.

Hogan Lovells assisted Angelini Technologies with a cross border team led by partners Ferigo Foscari, Alessandro Seganfreddo and Patrizio Messina, and including partner Andrea Pretti and associates Andrea Firmano and Daniela Archi from the Milan office. Partner Todd Schwartz (Silicon Valley) and associate Jake Jensen (Silicon Valley) advised on the U.S. aspects of the transaction.
