He is a trusted adviser to leading international private capital sponsors investing in Italy, as well as to strategic players pursuing cross-border opportunities in international markets.

His practice has a particular focus on life sciences and infrastructure, where he regularly advises leading PE sponsors on complex, high-value acquisitions, growth capital transactions and exits involving global platform assets. In life sciences, he advises financial sponsors and strategic players on buy-side and sell-side mandates across pharmaceuticals, medtech and healthcare services. In infrastructure, he covers waste management, transport, energy transition and utilities, with strong experience navigating FDI and foreign investment regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
