Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised long-standing client JTL-Software-GmbH with a cross-border team from Germany and the Netherlands on the acquisition of Bringly, a sustainable logtech platform with smart logistics software for retailers and sustainable carriers based in the Netherlands.
With over 15 years of expertise in software development and more than 50,000 customers, JTL-Software, a portfolio company of London-based private equity firm Hg Capital, is one of the leading providers of innovative e-commerce software in the DACH region.
