Monica Nicoletti is an Associate in the Real Estate team at Hogan Lovells in Italy.
Monica gained experience in the administrative law, town planning and building law, enabling her to provide valuable guidance on regulatory compliance and complex legal frameworks.
In particular, she regularly supports Italian and international clients on a variety of transactions, including real estate investment acquisitions, asset disposals, and portfolio management across the hospitality, commercial real estate, transport, and logistics sectors.
