Jorge is an associate in the Capital Markets department of our Madrid office. He advises issuers and financial institutions on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including, among others, IPOs, capital increases, takeover bids, as well as debt issuances, both convertible and non-convertible instruments.
Jorge also advises listed companies on corporate law, including corporate governance matters, providing support to the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Additionally, he has regularly advised private equity funds and national and international companies in M&A transactions.
Jorge holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration (Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)), and a Master's Degree in Law (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid). He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
