Peter Volkmann advises funds, companies, and investors on all aspects of national and international tax law – with a particular focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
He has extensive experience in providing tax advice throughout all phases of a transaction: from structuring, tax due diligence, and contract negotiations to post-closing implementation. His industry focus lies particularly in the software sector.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Peter Volkmann worked for several years as an associate at a leading German law firm specializing in tax law. Prior to that, he was a research associate in the tax law practice of another major German law firm.
