Randy often serves as the “go-to” for clients for end-to-end regulatory and business needs, and coordinates with the many subject matter experts required for an innovative (and cross-border) offering, ranging from financing, data privacy, strategic spectrum licensing, export, communications regulatory, aviation regulatory, government contracts, and other areas that may be encountered in the lifecycle of a technology company, particularly in the area of space and satellites.
