Jade advises trustees and employers of some of the largest occupational defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, including master trust clients. Her work advising clients has been recognised by Professional Pensions, having been named Young Achiever of the Year at the Women in Pensions Awards 2023 and Highly Commended in the Lawyer of the Year category at the Rising Star Awards 2024.

She is known for building strong client relationships and for delivering practical, commercially focused advice. Clients describe Jade as “confident in her knowledge of pensions law” and note that she “explains the letter of the law, but then advises us on what is practicable.”

Jade has particular strength in navigating complex and evolving areas of pensions law and translating them into clear, accessible guidance. Clients also highlight her ability to “make complex issues easy to understand for both us and the members.” She is the team’s go‑to adviser on ESG, data protection and auto‑enrolment.

Jade trained at Hogan Lovells and joined the pensions team in 2019.
