Gareth Rund is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group.

Gareth’s work focuses on commercial arbitration and litigation, often with an international element.  He has broad experience acting on a range of disputes across the oil & gas, telecoms, professional negligence, construction, and fraud sectors.  He also has specialised knowledge in GDPR issues.

Gareth received joint LLB and B.Com degrees from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, and in 2009 completed his Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test at the BPP Law School in London. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
