Nick Shiren advises investment banks, arrangers, sponsors, issuers and asset managers on structured finance and securitisation transactions. He supports clients in structuring and executing complex financing solutions across a wide range of asset classes and markets.

His practice includes advising on public and private transactions involving commercial real estate debt, corporate loans, fund interests and consumer loans, as well as derivatives and other bespoke financing structures. He works with clients across the UK, Europe and the United States on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Advising numerous collateral managers on risk retention financing solutions.
Advising numerous lenders on CRE back-leverage transactions.
