Elizabeth Shneider advises clients on a range of international trade and investment matters, including economic sanctions, export controls, foreign investment reviews, and other trade-related issues. In addition to helping clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks, Elizabeth also maintains an active pro bono practice, supporting a range of immigration cases.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the National Security Journal. During law school, she interned with the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Security Division, the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Legal Adviser, and U.S. Embassy The Hague’s Office of the Legal Counselor. While in law school, she also represented clients through the Harvard International Human Rights Clinic and worked as a research assistant and teaching fellow. Prior to law school, Elizabeth served on the staff of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, where she shaped policy on East Asia, cybersecurity and emerging technologies, consular affairs, and State Department appropriations and oversight.
