Natixis and ING on coordinated multi-million parallel margin loans granted to a major Chinese conglomerate’s ultimate holding company secured by listed securities on the Hong Kong stock exchange.*

Charoen Pokphand Group on structured share-backed financing arrangements involving bespoke deal structures and securities listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange and the Tokyo stock exchange.*
